There are multiple ways to get answers to your questions. If you need support for an order you placed in the European Elements store, please drop us a line via our Message Support system so that we can further assist you. We do not provide support for orders placed in the U.S., Canadian or Oceania Elements stores.
The fastest way to find an answer without waiting for a reply from customer service is to search our Help Center. In the vast majority of cases, your question can be found there.
Every web page in our store features a pink chat icon in the bottom right corner. After clicking this icon, and depending on the time of day, you can either chat directly with a member of our team or leave a message for us. You can also look up order information (please make sure you are logged in) and find helpful answers to common questions, right from within the chat interface. We aim to return messages within a few hours. However, reply times can be longer for messages left after hours, over the weekend, or during national holidays.
